Black First Land First (BLF) will lay charges of corruption against Cyril Ramaphosa ahead of the State of the Nation Address. The charges will be laid at the Cape Town Police Station against the president of the African National Congress (ANC), Cyril Ramaphosa. The charges relate to the R500 000 the president received from the infamous Bosasa, through his son Andile Ramaphosa, amongst others.
BLF will charge Ramaphosa with:
a. contravention of Section 34 of the Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act, 2004 (Act No. 12 of 2004),
b. bribery,
c. fraud (includes profit shifting),
d. money laundering and
e. tax evasion
BLF says no one is above scrutiny, not even the president of white monopoly capital.
The laying of the charges will happen under the following details:
