The Hilbrow Police Station has updated Black First Land First (BLF) on its corruption case against the State President, Cyril Ramaphosa. The Hilbrow Police Station has now transferred the case to Gauteng Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (DPCI): PC, which is known as the Hawks.

BLF shall be following up with the case on a weekly basis. In the event that the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) refuses to prosecute, we will then request access to the docket to ascertain what was investigated by the Hawks and an extensive explanation as to why the NPA refuses to prosecute. We shall not accept the excuse, “not enough evidence to prosecute” as a reason, as we are of the view that the President broke the law. Where necessary, BLF shall institute private prosecution. There is sufficient evidence that the President broke the law.

BLF to open case against EFF and all VBS looters

Black First Land First (BLF) will open a criminal case against the EFF and all those who looted VBS bank. We warn the Democratic Alliance (DA) to stay out of the VBS matter – whites have no role in black people’s problems. Malema and the EFF stole black people’s money from a black bank – this is a black people’s problem which we will solve!

Where was DA when BLF opened cases of corruption against the Oppenheimers, Ruperts, and all the corrupt, racist land thieves? The DA simply laid charges against the EFF for political mileage. It is equally using the VBS matter to force the EFF to stay in the corrupt relationship that keeps the land thieves in political power in Tshwane and Johannesburg. White capital is simply disciplining Malema so that he may continue being a dedicated house slave. The DA’s court action will go nowhere and black people will receive no justice for the pain they sufffered through EFF looting.

BLF to take action against corrupt EFF

Black First Land First (BLF) will undertake numerous actions against the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), in particular Julius Malema and Floyd Shivambu. Having learned of the corrupt actions undertaken by the EFF, BLF has no option but to take action so to ensure justice for the oppressed victims of the VBS bank looters.

It is now clear that properties of the EFF, including a home in Sandown which was used by Malema, are proceeds of looting the black owned bank. VBS represented the black possibility of breaking the white monopolisation of the banking sector, and EFF teamed up with white monopoly capital to destroy the poor black people’s hope of a black bank.

Actions undertaken by Black First Land First towards the recovery of the R26 billion stolen by white capital from SARB

Actions undertaken by Black First Land First towards the recovery of the R26 billion stolen by white capital from SARB

Introduction

In September 2015 BLF compiled it’s “preliminary report on apartheid era corruption and other economic crimes” which examines the extent of apartheid era corruption and white capital’s role in it. It further suggests who stole the money, where the money is and indicates a course of action going forward. In terms of the above BLF report a total of R563 billion was stolen by white capital of which R26 billion was recoverable immediately.
