BLF welcomes court action against racist Roets of Afriforum

Black First Land First (BLF) welcomes and supports the urgent court application lodged by the Mandela Foundation against the arrogant racist Ernst Roets of Afriforum. The racist Roets deliberately and purposely undermined the court’s decision made on Wednesday that displaying the apartheid flag gratuitously constitutes hate speech, unfair discrimination, and harassment based on race in terms of the provisions of the Equality Act. Within hours of the court’s decision, Roets took to Twitter and displayed the apartheid flag.

Afriforum is an unapologetic defender of apartheid. Roets and Afriforum have one agenda which is to preserve apartheid. The display of the apartheid flag impairs the dignity and dismisses the collective pain of blacks resulting from colonialism, of which apartheid is a function.

BLF doesn’t believe that focusing on apartheid symbols is useful when current land ownership and the economy are structured to ensure the perpetuation of apartheid. There is thus no ending apartheid without retuning the land. Roets and Afriforum derive their racism from owning our land illegally.

Afriforum operates as a pacifier of apartheid egos. Each time an attempt is made to address the apartheid legacy, this organization undermines such an effort. Afriforum opposes all the measures adopted to try and deal with apartheid such as Affirmative Action; Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment; and Land Expropriation Without Compensation. It even denies that apartheid was a crime against humanity.

Ernst Roets has declared himself an academic and an expert on hate speech. He is in fact an expert in protecting and advancing apartheid and racism. This racist belongs in jail, just like all the apartheid leaders who are currently enjoying state pensions

BLF warns the homeless of Tshwane against AfriForum

The homeless of Tshwane, who have been murdered in their sleep, are in an even bigger danger now. AfriForum, which is known to defend white farmers who murder innocent black people, is providing a visibility patrol service following the recent murders of homeless people. This could be a cover for the serial killer or killers to murder more unsuspecting homeless people.

Black First Land First (BLF) calls on the homeless not to be lulled into complacency because of the presence of AfriForum amongst them at night. BLF will write to the Minister of Police to ask for his intervention to stop AfriForum, who are known defenders of convicted murderers of black people, from creating conducive conditions for serial killers to operate undercover.

If the Minister fails to intervene BLF will ask its security arm, Bambatha’s Shield, to monitor the AfriForum patrollers. We cannot allow known racists and defenders of murderers free reign over the vulnerable.

BLF: Hands Off Zindzi Mandela – Return the Stolen Land Now!

Black First Land First (BLF) calls for the defense of Zindzi Mandela who has come under sharp attack from right wing racist Afriforum as well as proponents of white monopoly capital who seek to maintain the land in the hands of land thieves.

At a time where rightwing fascism abounds globally as well as in the South African political space, Zindzi Mandela is being censored because her political views on land do not fit well with Ramaphosa’s pro-white capital status quo.

Afriforum has no right to speak on the land question, they are the expressed representation of racist land thieves and remain the enemy of the black oppressed.

BLF calls for the collective defense of Zindzi Mandela.

BLF further wishes to remind the left that it is the ANC government together with the EFF who refuse to amend the constitution to express land expropriation without compensation, and therefore insuring that the stolen land in the hands of Rupert and Oppenheimers is correctly returned to the landless black majority.

BLF thus reiterates that under Ramaphosa’s ANC no land in the hands of the settler minority will be returned to the dispossessed black people.
