The media is invited to a press conference on the preparations and objectives of the National Land Imbizo.

After 23 years of democracy only 8% of the land has been bought back. It will take us more than 100 years to buy back only 30% of the land at the current pace and policy. Only 35 000 white families own 80% of the LAND. More than 23 million blacks are landless.

Political parties are not United in the fight for land. We can’t wait any longer. Now we must take back the land!
