Black First Land First (BLF) calls on the National Prosecution Authority (NPA) and the Hawks to arrest and prosecute FW de Klerk.

On May 8, 2017 BLF laid 22 criminal charges against FW de Klerk regarding cases of mass murders relating to several massacres. FW de Klerk didn’t appear before the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) to make confessions regarding his sins. He has no immunity from prosecution. We demand justice for the thousands of people murdered by his apartheid regime.

We note that white monopoly capital (WMC) is going all out to use the captured judiciary to lynch both Dudu Myeni and the Public Protector (PP) Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane. We also note that Ramaphosa’s ANC is dealing with all the other Radical Economic Transformation (RET) forces, to satisfy the CR17 donors. In this context the legal system continues to prosecute black people while white criminals, charged by BLF, get to walk the streets freely.

BLF will be approaching the NPA to get clarity as to why de Klerk has not yet been arrested and prosecuted and shall take appropriate action for its failure to do its work.

BLF calls on Ramaphosa to stop witch-hunt against the Public Protector

BLF calls on Ramaphosa to stop witch-hunt against the Public Protector

Black First Land First (BLF) believes that Cyril Ramaphosa is allowing or encouraging a witchhunt against the Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane. This is part of a vendetta against her for the decisions she has taken which adversely affect President Cyril Ramaphosa, Minister Pravin Gordhan, and in particular ABSA bank and the South African Reserve Bank (SARB).

It can’t be a coincidence that the Public Protector is being attacked left, right and center. This is a well coordinated attack on the Public Protector by powerful forces. First it was parliament which concocted rules just to remove her from office. Now the Speaker of the National Assembly, Thandi Modise, has granted the racist Democratic Alliance (DA) their wish to institute proceedings to remove the Public Protector from office in terms of these new rules crafted to remove her. Then there is the Hawks chasing her on completely silly charges laid by racist organizations of land thieves. As if that is not enough, now the South African Revenue Service (SARS) is hounding her. This is nothing but a vengeful attack on the Public Protector .

The Public Protector is being attacked for finding that Ramaphosa’s CR17 campaign may have broken the law. We now know that R1 billion was used to unduly influence the African National Congress (ANC) Nasrec conference. The Public Protector also found prima facie evidence of money laundering in relation to the CR17 campaign. In particular, she found that Ramaphosa lied to parliament about his dealings with his campaign. A by product of all this is that Gavin Watson is believed to be murdered to cover up the whole mess.

The Public Protector has also found against Pravin Gordhan in the SARS based Rogue Unit saga. The illegal unit was used as a slush fund for friends over and above for illegally gathering information on opponents of white monopoly capital (WMC).

The Public Protector also found that ABSA must pay back the money stolen from SARB. She has also recommended that SARB be transformed to serve the people.

The above are the main reasons why they want her out. By not intervening to protect a Chapter 9 institution which is under attack, Ramaphosa is serving his own interests and those of his donors. Absa, as it has been revealed, is one of the donors of CR17.

BLF calls on Ramaphosa to stop the witchhunt now!

BLF congratulates the Public Protector for a clean audit

BLF congratulates the Public Protector for a clean audit

The Office of the Public Protector has received a clean audit from the auditor-general (AG) regarding its financial health and management. This shows that the Public Protector, Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane, is leading by example. All public institutions must emulate the high standards displayed by the Public Protector in the management of public finances.

Black First Land First (BLF) calls upon both the executive and elected representatives, such as Members of Parliament (MPs), to follow the good practice and high ethical conduct of the Public Protector’s Office in matters related to financial management, internal controls, reporting, and record keeping.

It is encouraging to hear that the AG has given the Public Protector a glowing review. Congratulations to the Public Protector for her solid management of public finances and servant leadership.

BLF asks, where was EFF yesterday?

BLF asks, where was EFF yesterday?

Parliament’s Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services decided yesterday to start a process to get rid of the Public Protector, Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane. The Democratic Alliance (DA) has instigated this process in defence of President Cyril Ramaphosa, who in turn is considered by this white party to be the best defender of white monopoly capital (WMC). It was a known fact that the committee had scheduled a meeting to discuss the expulsion of the Public Protector. Where was the EFF?

Media reports indicate that the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) did not attend this critical committee meeting. This was despite the fact that sufficient notice of the details of the scheduled meeting, including its agenda, were of public knowledge well in advance of the said meeting.

Before the revelations emerged that the EFF had taken money from President Ramaphosa, it presented itself as a defender of Public Protector. However when an important opportunity arose to defend the Public Protector this party, with more than 40 members of parliament (MPs), was nowhere to be found. As a result it took less than five minutes for the anti Public Protector parliamentary committee to decide to remove Advocate Mkhwebane from her office.

It is not the first time that the EFF had disappeared from parliament at crucial moment. Last year when the Oppenheimers were in parliament, the Reds of London took cover. It was the Black First Land First (BLF) that embraced the moment and dealt with this wealthy family which bought itself a private international airport terminal, inside the O.R. Tambo International Airport.

Subsequent to the decision of the committee, the African National Congress (ANC) expressed its support for the removal of the Public Protector. That’s more honest. It’s now clear that the three main political parties in parliament have agreed to coverup the corruption of President Ramaphosa through shutting up the Public Protector.

These developments clarify why there was a conspiracy to keep the BLF out of parliament. As things stand, there is no party in parliament that represents the interests of black people
