BLF calls for Ramaphosa to step down

Black First Land First (BLF) calls for President Cyril Ramaphosa to step down. The findings of the Public Protector are damning and the President must do the right thing and step down with immidiate effect.

BLF welcomes the findings of the Public Protector on the Bosasa lies. Ramaphosa used money obtained through corrupt ways to buy the African National Congress (ANC) elective conference of December 2017 so as to emerge as the President. This means his Presidency was obtained through unlawful actions. Ramaphosa lied to parliament to conceal the unlawful acts associated with his campaign sponsored by white monopoly capital (WMC).

BLF will also write to the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) to ask for progress on the criminal charges that were laid by us on 7 February 2019 against Ramaphosa at the Cape Town Central Police Station under case no 342/2/2019, for corruption; bribery; fraud; money laundering; and tax evasion regarding the Bosasa saga.

Ramaphosa must go!

BLF-WC opens case of fraud & corruption against DA led Mossel Bay Municipality

Black First Land First – Western Cape (BLF-WC) opened a case of fraud and corruption at the Mossel Bay SAPS station, against the DA-led Mossel Bay municipality, in relation to the fraudulent mishandling of houses that rightfully belong to community members.

The main culprit is thoroughbred white racist, Riaan Pienaar, the Director of housing in the DA-led municipality that has been terrorising black people since the early 90s. Pienaar is involved in the gross misconduct of the housing department that has led to unlawful evictions of black people from their homes, undue transfers of RDP houses, withholding of title deeds and the illegal re-selling of houses to fill the pockets of individuals in the department.

Members of the Kwanonqaba community had laid several complaints and charges at the Mossel Bay Municipality, the SAPS and with an ANC councillor regarding the fraudulent activities, however their complaints fell on deaf ears. It is clear that there is bipartisan corruption taking place and that the likes of Pienaar in the municipality’s housing department, only seek to exploit the already oppressed black community to enrich themselves.

BLF-WC leadership met with Brigadier Jantjies of the Mossel Bay SAPS, to stipulate a clear action plan and he has agreed to conclude the existing cases within 14 and 30 days respectively. Brigadier Jantjies will investigate the conduct and inaction of the SAPS in Kwanonqaba as well as ensure that the new case of fraud and corruption against the Mossel Bay Municipality gets the necessary priority that it demands. Due to the seriousness of the matter, he will also deliver bi-weekly feedback.

BLF-WC berates the bipartisan corruption orchestrated by the DA and the ANC to simply ensure poor black people remain landless and homeless. We also condemn the complicity of the SAPS in Kwanonqaba.

BLF-WC will monitor these matters, add further cases as they arise from the community of Kwanonqaba and provide regular updates, ensuring that a swift positive conclusion is reached.

BLF to take action against Johan Rupert

BLF is outraged by the offensive and racist comments by one of the most corrupt white monopoly capitalist, Johann Rupert. This beneficiary of apartheid and colonialism has come out against the Radical Economic Transformation (RET) by President Jacob Zuma and called it “theft”. Rupert is an economic terrorist who is rallying the whole of white monopoly capital (WMC) to attack the economy so as to stop transformation.

Johann Rupert and a few other white monopoly capitalists want to keep the South African economy in their hands. The attack on RET is racist because it equates transformation to a crime. This is because white racists believe that blacks are criminals. Racism is irrational and baseless. The accusation by Rupert that RET is theft, is in the same category as other racist acts.

BLF is aware that there is a massive drive towards economic sabotage to effect regime change. Johann Rupert and the rest of the white monopoly capitalists are I nvolved in economic terrorism. They want the people to suffer even more and thereby cause political stability in the country which they hope will cause the people to them against the government to remove President Zuma. Already the mining sector under the political directive by Johann Rupert is retrenching workers.

BLF is going to take the following actions against Johann Rupert:

1. Open a case of racism at the Equality Court.
2. Lay a criminal case of High Treason.
3. Undertake mass action at Ramgro Headquarters in Stellenbosch.
4. Call on the police to fast track the corruption case that BLF opened against him for stealing from the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) in excess of R2 billion.
5. Follow up on the over R60 million debt incurred for services by a municipality in Mpumalanga. Rupert must pay!

All these actions will be taken urgently!

BLF is also aware that Johann Rupert has moved billions of rands to Europe. This may possibly be part of the annual R60 billion illegal movement of capital outside South Africa. BLF will investigate this as well.
