BLF will not appeal decision of biased, hostile Electoral Court

Today our movement received notice from the Electoral Court in Bloemfontein that leave to appeal the deregistration of our movement has been denied. Black First Land First (BLF) has been deregistered by the Electoral Commission of South Africa (ECSA) on the demand of the racist extreme right-wing organization called Freedom Front Plus (FF+). We expected this outcome. BLF will be holding a Special Policy Conference on the 30th of November this year in Durban to chart the way forward.

The Electoral Court, just like most of the other courts having judicial authority in South Africa (SA), has been openly hostile and biased against BLF. Our movement has lost all trust in the entire justice system of this country. We shall not be subjecting ourselves to the kangaroo courts of white supremacy any further. We won’t appeal the decision of the Electoral Court.

BLF is aware that the entire white establishment is terrified of the black agenda that we represent. Land thieves and white monopoly capital (WMC) are doing everything to keep BLF out of the formal political arena. This is so because they know that only BLF can force the African National Congress (ANC) and the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) to serve black people and end white rule in SA. BLF will not make the task of banning us from the poltical arena easy. This is war!

Let the historical record reflect that BLF was the first movement to be banned since the ruse of majority rule. Let the record furthemore reflect that the banning order was imposed on BLF on the instigation of a right-wing, whites only, political organization of land thieves – the FF+.

Black people now know that in SA blackness is outlawed. BLF is a revolutionary movement which will continue to fight until blacks are truly free.

BLF also notes that the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has revived the false charges against the BLF 26. This is part of the general harassment of our movement through the entire justice system of this country.

The Special Policy Conference shall provide a way forward for our movement. The struggle continues by any means necessary!

BLF will be on the ballot in 2021!

BLF will be on the ballot in 2021!

Message from the President of BLF

All the organizations of land thieves are celebrating the decision of the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC). They are scared of Black First Land First (BLF).

They celebrate because they think they have silenced us. They think that BLF will not be registered as a political party to enable it to contest the elections and ensure that blacks are well represented everywhere, including in parliament and the municipalities. Their celebrations are premature, but revealing. They show that land thieves are scared of BLF. The land thieves are targeting BLF because they know only our movement can return the land and dignity of black people.

We hereby assure black people and members of BLF that we shall fight until blacks get victory to organize without white interference and supervision. This is a fundamental right we are denied of.

We call on blacks to join and support BLF. Whites have their FF+, let blacks have their BLF!

BLF’s immediate actions are:

1. Study the decision of the IEC that set aside the registration of BLF as a political party.
2. Appeal to the Electoral Court against the IEC decision; and approach the Constitutional Court if necessary.
3. Prepare for the 2021 Local Government Elections.

We must not allow these racists to demoralise and confuse the people. BLF is here to stay and fight!

They can’t ban the revolution!

Land or death!

BLF just defeated Dr Makhosi Khoza’s ADeC

The complaint by the African Democratic Change (ADeC) against the utterance of the slogan “One Settler, One Bullet” by the President of Black First Land First (BLF), was today dismissed by the Electoral Commission. The complaint was that the slogan constitutes incitement to violence that amounts to racial attacks.

The ADeC failed to prove that the utterance of BLF President, Andile Mngxitama, at the aired elections debate hosted by Alex FM on Thursday, 25 April 2019, amounted to imminent violence. The BLF’s position is clear – the slogan
“One Settler One Bullet” is a response to the historical question of colonialism which is based on land theft by whites since their arrival in South Africa (SA) in 1652.

More victories are coming for BLF. On Monday 6 May, we shall defeat the racist Lucy Strydom and the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC). They have brought BLF to the Equality Court to ban it because Lucy is offended by our slogans like “Land Or Death” and “By Any Means Necessary”. We shall be victorious.

On Tuesday we shall finish off the billionaire, Patrice Motsepe, who wants to silence us on his alleged regime change activities in Botswana. He wants to interdict us from saying “Hands Off Botswana” and “Hands Off Botswana’s Diamonds”. That will not happen!

We shall win all the court cases against us. BLF is on the ballot. We shall be in Parliament, come May 2019.
