BLF to take action against AfriForum

BLF to take action against AfriForum

Black First Land First (BLF) takes the denial of apartheid being a crime against humanity as insulting the dignity of black people and an act of racism. Apartheid was declared a crime against humanity by the United Nations. The International Criminal Court has also expressed in its statutes that apartheid is a crime against humanity.

The racist AfriForum/Euroforum continues with its racist activities unabated. BLF will no longer tolerate the racism of this group. AfriForum/Euroforum has now revved up its racism by denying that apartheid is a crime against humanity. Denialism of the holocaust is a crime in Germany, correctly so.

BLF in Gauteng will be undertaking several actions against AfriForum including opening a case of racism with the Equality Court on Thursday, engaging in protest actions and writing letters to parliament to have this group banned. If parliamant and the courts do not act, BLF will stop the racism of AfriForum by any means necessary.

BLF regards the denialism of apartheid as a declaration of war against black people.

BLF Student Movement condemns the racist utterances of UKZN lecturer Annie Epstein on social media

BLF Student Movement condemns the racist utterances of UKZN lecturer Annie Epstein on social media

The University of KwaZulu Natal (UKZN) Howard College chapter of the Black First Land First Student Movement (BLF-SM) is aggrieved by the Facebook status update made by Annie Epstein, a lecturer and academic of the campus. The said status update, which supposedly advocates for African scholarship, reads as follows:

“A question to BLF/EFF/ANC POLITICIANS AND VOTE SEEKERS… Once the LAND has been returned to its WRONGFUL OWNERS (I.E not the SAN and not the KHOI) who is going to pay the rates on it? THAT COOKIE JAR IS GETTING EMPTIER BY THE DAY”.

BLF-SM is an ANTI-RACIST movement. We condemn the manifestly racist remarks of Epstein. We have an unwavering commitment to expose and fight racism wherever it shows itself both within and beyond this University. Epstein’s racist utterances comes as an insult not only to our movement but to the just struggle for liberation of our people via the return of the stolen land. To this end it demeans the collective pain of blacks that the legacies of our forebears, our ancestors, our youth, our students and our revolutionary leaders like Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe and Steve Biko bear testimony to. Epstein’s naked racism is an insult to the black students who are taught by her.

Miss Epstein makes the maliciously racist remark that Africans (Black People) are the “Wrongful Owners” of this land and that in fact the San and Khoi are the rightful owners. She deliberately ignores the fact that the Khoi San are Africans and have been living with the rest of the Africans peacefully on this land, until white settlers colonized this land and divided our people in Africa.

To this end there is no justification for why 80% of the land in South Africa is in the hands of white settler colonizers. BLF-SM is clear! All land in white hands is stolen land. We want our land, all of it! This means everything on it, as well as beneath it which includes the ocean, the air and all the mineral wealth. All of the land belongs to the landless black people who continue to live in sub-human conditions today because of white people.

We shall not allow white racism to run freely in Howard College. We call on the University management to suspend Epstein pending disciplinary action which it must take against her failing which we shall shut down the campus without hesitation. From the outset we demand a clear apology from Epstein.

Epstein’s apology must translate into a commitment to employ her status as a lecturer to correct the colonial situation that her racist utterances serve to promote and justify.

To this end Epstein must commit herself to destroying the basis of racism which is land theft from the black people. In order to correct the historical injustice, all this land must be returned to the black majority without compensation. Epstein must, because she spoke for all white people when she made her racist comments, tell whites to return the stolen land to blacks.

Epstein must also demonstrate her commitment to correcting the historical injustice of land theft by whites, by returning all the land in her hands.

This is the most appropriate penalty to be imposed on Epstein who is via her racism causing a division between black people by casting the Khoi and San outside the African people as a collective. We note that individual acts of racism by the likes of Epstein will not on its own disappear so long as society is organized within the reality of white power. Racism will only be eradicated via the return of the land to the black majority.

To deal with the white ignorance and arrogance of Epstein, she must be made to submit to a re-education process on white supremacy, slavery, colonialism, racism and apartheid by black people.

BLF-SM shall be approaching the Equality Court for the appropriate relief including the imposition of the above penalties on Epstein in relation to her naked racism.

BLF to take action against Johan Rupert

BLF to take action against Johan Rupert

BLF is outraged by the offensive and racist comments by one of the most corrupt white monopoly capitalist, Johann Rupert. This beneficiary of apartheid and colonialism has come out against the Radical Economic Transformation (RET) by President Jacob Zuma and called it “theft”. Rupert is an economic terrorist who is rallying the whole of white monopoly capital (WMC) to attack the economy so as to stop transformation.

Johann Rupert and a few other white monopoly capitalists want to keep the South African economy in their hands. The attack on RET is racist because it equates transformation to a crime. This is because white racists believe that blacks are criminals. Racism is irrational and baseless. The accusation by Rupert that RET is theft, is in the same category as other racist acts.

BLF is aware that there is a massive drive towards economic sabotage to effect regime change. Johann Rupert and the rest of the white monopoly capitalists are I nvolved in economic terrorism. They want the people to suffer even more and thereby cause political stability in the country which they hope will cause the people to them against the government to remove President Zuma. Already the mining sector under the political directive by Johann Rupert is retrenching workers.

BLF is going to take the following actions against Johann Rupert:

1. Open a case of racism at the Equality Court.
2. Lay a criminal case of High Treason.
3. Undertake mass action at Ramgro Headquarters in Stellenbosch.
4. Call on the police to fast track the corruption case that BLF opened against him for stealing from the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) in excess of R2 billion.
5. Follow up on the over R60 million debt incurred for services by a municipality in Mpumalanga. Rupert must pay!

All these actions will be taken urgently!

BLF is also aware that Johann Rupert has moved billions of rands to Europe. This may possibly be part of the annual R60 billion illegal movement of capital outside South Africa. BLF will investigate this as well.

BLF vs Helen Zille the colonialist in Western Cape High Court

BLF vs Helen Zille the colonialist in Western Cape High Court

Black First Land First (BLF) will, on Thursday, 24 August 2017 at 9am, meet the lawyers of the racist colonialism praise singer Helen Zille at the Equality Court which is held at the High Court of South Africa, Western Cape Division in Cape Town. The Court will conduct a preliminary hearing on the BLF’s complaint of racism against Helen Zille.

Helen Zille is a proud racist who praises colonialism. All sane people know that colonialism is the process of land dispossession and genocide against black people.
BLF understands colonialism to be one of the key corner stones of racism and white supremacy. We will fight colonialism until the land is returned and our people have received justice.

BLF warns our people against false leaders and organisations. We note that Juluis Malema has publicly lied to the nation. He said that his organisation will end it’s coalition with the Democratic Alliance (DA) if it did not remove Helen Zille as Premier of Western Cape. Malema has, following instructions from London, now chickened out and is still in coalition with the DA.

BLF seeks the following remedies against Helen Zille:

1. Zille must tell the public, which she has not done thus far, the following:

a. What motivated her to make the said racist utterances?
b. What is it that has since made her to change her mind and “apologise”?

2. Zille’s apology must translate into a commitment to employ her status as a public official, being that of the Western Cape Premier, to correct the colonial situation that her racist utterances serve to promote and justify.

3. To this end Zille must commit herself to destroying the basis of colonialism which is land theft from the black people. All land in white hands in South Africa is stolen property. In order to correct the historical injustice, all this land must be returned to the black majority without compensation. Zille must, because she spoke for all white people when she made her racist comments, tell whites to return the stolen land to blacks.

4. In this regard, as the Western Cape Premier and a key leader of the Democratic Alliance, she must lead her party into accepting the call to amend Section 25 of the current Constitution so as to realise land return to blacks without compensation.

5. Zille must also demonstrate her commitment to correcting the historical injustice of land theft by whites, by returning all the land in her hands.

6. The above penalty for BLF is the most appropriate one to impose on Zille. This is so because the destruction of racism is only possible once the institutional basis that makes individual acts of racism possible (such as that by Zille) has been eradicated, and racism shall continue to exist, so long as society is organized within the reality of white power.
