BLF respects the MKMVA spokesperson

BLF respects the MKMVA spokesperson

Black First Land First (BLF) is a Black Consciousness (BC) movement that follows the teachings of Steve Biko. Ipso facto, it is a blacks only movement. We have also adopted the minimum program of Radical Economic Transformation (RET) which unites all progressive people against the common enemy which is White Monopoly Capital (WMC).

BLF recognizes that important organizations to the RET agenda, like Umkhonto weSizwe Military Veterans Association (MKMVA), are non racialist. Furthermore, BLF recognizes that all organizations pushing RET each have autonomy of policy on membership and leadership. Therefore our movement wishes to clarify that there is no animosity or disrespect towards the spokesperson of MKMVA.

The urgent and important task is to unite all RET forces to defend President Jacob Zuma and demand the arrest of FW de Klerk immediately; and in the long run to defeat the Stellenbosch agenda and implement the RET program.

Black First Land First (BLF) welcomes Advocate Dali Mpofu’s call to revoke the Noble Peace Prize of the alleged mass murderer FW de Klerk.

BLF already launched a process in 2018 to revoke the Nobel Peace Prize awarded to de Klerk. To this end on 26 March 2018, BLF wrote to the Nobel Foundation giving reasons why the Nobel Peace Prize must be withdrawn.

BLF is pleased to see that Advocate Mpofu has now joined the call made by it to get the Nobel Peace Prize returned. Over and above the revocation call, BLF calls on Advocate Mpofu to also endorse its campaign to have de Klerk arrested. BLF pressed 22 charges against de Klerk in 2017 (see A, B, C). It’s important that de Klerk gets arrested and be made to pay for all the crimes he committed against black people in South Africa.

Black First Land First (BLF) shall be taking several concrete steps to bring FW de Klerk to justice. Amongst measures to be taken is to ask the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) to indicate if it is not going to prosecute de Klerk for the 22 charges, including murder for the various massacres he committed, that BLF pressed against him in 2017. In the event of the NPA not prosecuting de Klerk, BLF will institute a private prosecution process against him.

Furthermore, BLF has instructed its lawyers to lodge a complaint against de Klerk at the International Criminal Court (based in the Hague in Netherlands), of war crimes and crimes against humanity. BLF doesn’t want empty talk and posturing. We want de Klerk to be held accountable.

BLF is appalled by organizations and individuals such as the Desmond Tutu Foundation, the South African Council of Churches, and former President Thabo Mbeki who continue to give de Klerk the benefit of the doubt and try to coerce him into superficially apologizing so that no action is taken against him. BLF believes that only those black entities with a sick mind and suffering from acute mental slavery would ask a former apartheid president to acknowledge the humanity of black people. Apartheid, like colonialism, is essentially about denying the humanity of black people.

BLF wants individual apartheid leaders prosecuted and institutional reparations for victims, which is essentially land return to black people. Only these measures will bring a semblance of justice.

Arrest and prosecute FW de Klerk

Black First Land First (BLF) calls on the National Prosecution Authority (NPA) and the Hawks to arrest and prosecute FW de Klerk.

On May 8, 2017 BLF laid 22 criminal charges against FW de Klerk regarding cases of mass murders relating to several massacres. FW de Klerk didn’t appear before the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) to make confessions regarding his sins. He has no immunity from prosecution. We demand justice for the thousands of people murdered by his apartheid regime.

We note that white monopoly capital (WMC) is going all out to use the captured judiciary to lynch both Dudu Myeni and the Public Protector (PP) Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane. We also note that Ramaphosa’s ANC is dealing with all the other Radical Economic Transformation (RET) forces, to satisfy the CR17 donors. In this context the legal system continues to prosecute black people while white criminals, charged by BLF, get to walk the streets freely.

BLF will be approaching the NPA to get clarity as to why de Klerk has not yet been arrested and prosecuted and shall take appropriate action for its failure to do its work.
