The Hilbrow Police Station has updated Black First Land First (BLF) on its corruption case against the State President, Cyril Ramaphosa. The Hilbrow Police Station has now transferred the case to Gauteng Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (DPCI): PC, which is known as the Hawks.

BLF shall be following up with the case on a weekly basis. In the event that the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) refuses to prosecute, we will then request access to the docket to ascertain what was investigated by the Hawks and an extensive explanation as to why the NPA refuses to prosecute. We shall not accept the excuse, “not enough evidence to prosecute” as a reason, as we are of the view that the President broke the law. Where necessary, BLF shall institute private prosecution. There is sufficient evidence that the President broke the law.

BLF to report R33 billion Mooikloof Mega City to Hawks

BLF to report R33 billion Mooikloof Mega City to Hawks

BLF has opened a criminal case against President Ramaphosa related to the CR17 campaign donations. President Ramaphosa has concealed his donors to ostensibly conceal the ongoing conflict of interests emanating from those who gave him R1 billion to win the ANC presidency.

BLF believes the Mooikloof Mega City main beneficiary, the Balwin Properties, may be the donor Tony Leon has alleged had given President Ramaphosa a R30 million donation towards the CR17 campaign. BLF shall alert the investigating Officer from the Hawks to investigate if indeed Balwin Properties is the R30 million donor to CR17.

BLF also notes that Balwin Properties is not a BBBEE compliant company. Furthermore; it seems that it’s own BBBEE certificate has expired. These issues will be investigated and further appropriate action taken.

What is clear to BLF is that all CR17 donors are allowed to break the law with impunity whilst their identities remain concealed.

The Hawks must leave the Public Protector alone

The Hawks must leave the Public Protector alone

It’s plain shocking that the HAWKS have literally jumped at the barking of shady organizations that seem associated with the corrupt Independent Power Producers (IPPs) which are collapsing ESKOM. The complaint against the Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane, has no merit in fact or in law. The complainant is the so called Accountability Now which is a white organization with apparently the sole purpose of maintaining the anti black status quo under the pretext of fighting corruption.

It’s shocking that the Hawks have chosen to be a tool of these racist organizations which are opposed to Radical Economic Transformation (RET) and progressive black leadership.

Black First Land First (BLF) asks the hawks to leave the Public Protector alone to do her job without fear or favor. Furthermore, BLF asks the Hawks to focus on the numerous cases BLF has opened against white monopoly capital (WMC) where no prograss has been made at all. In fact BLF now believes that cases against white WMC are never investigated.

BLF welcomes actions of Hawks against Pravin Gordhan, Trevor Manuel & Jabu Moleketi

BLF welcomes actions of Hawks against Pravin Gordhan, Trevor Manuel & Jabu Moleketi

Black First Land First (BLF) has consistently said that Pravin Gordhan is the mastermind of corruption and the facilitator of state capture in the interests of white monopoly capital.

Our movement has opened several criminal cases against both Pravin Gordahn and Trevor Manuel. The nation must remember that Pravin Gordhan is directly implicated in the R4.3 billion corruption in Treasury under his own watch. Before this, year after year, people like Trevor Manuel had allowed white monopoly capital to loot the nation annually of R60billion via the illicit movement of money out of the country.

We also now know that all the banks that Pravin Gordhan has shares in are implicated in corruption as found by the Competition Commission. The Rogue Unit established at the South African Revenue Services (SARS) under Pravin Gordhan’s guidance and which was funded by Trevor Manuel through state or tax payers money, was effectively an attempt to create a state within a state. This mechanism – the Rogue Unit – was a looting arm employed by Pravin Gordahn and his friend, Trevor Manuel, to systematise corruption in the interests of white monopoly capital. It was established to terrorise opponents of white monopoly capital.

BLF calls on the Hawks to also speed up all the other criminal charges laid against Pravin Gordahn and Trevor Manuel so that they can be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We call upon Jabu Moleketi to avail himself as a state witness so that he does not suffer for things he does not know anything about. To this end the beneficiaries (insofar as being guardians) of the looting by white monopoly capital are principally Pravin Gordhan and Trevor Manuel. We applaud the Hawks for taking the bold stand and we encourage them to complete their work without fear, favour or prejudice.
