Black First Land First-Student Movement supports the BLF National Spokesperson and former National Secretary for Student Affairs Lindsay Maasdorp.

Black First Land First Student Movement would like to voice it unequivocal support for Comrade Lindsay Maasdorp who like many other Fees Must Fall activist are being persecuted for fighting for Free Decolonial Education. The state convinces to victimise and arrest those who sacrificed their lives fighting for Free Decolonial Education. This is long after Free Education for the working class and poor was declared a national policy. The FMF movement is thus vindicated and all charges emanating from such shall be already be dropped.

BLF-SM fully supports the National Spokesperson as he is being targeted by the establishment for his leadership role in fighting for free, quality and decolonised education. Comrade Maasdorp is to hand himself in on Thursday, 26 September 2019 at 10am.

We view this action from the South African Government as totally unacceptable, the victimization of #FMF activists must cease and desist, fighting for self determination and financial liberation should never be criminalised.

BLF once again issues its unequivocal support for our NS and all other revolutionaries who are being punished for expressing no fear in the face of injustice.

Aluta continua, another revolution is in order
